Kehlani Drops Lead Single "ALTAR" Off Upcoming Album [VIDEO]

AHHHHH! If you know me, you know I'm the biggest Kehlani stan ever. Out of nowhere, after serving us looks at the Met Gala and all NYFW, she announced a NEW ALBUM AND SONG. Her upcoming 6th project, is entitled Blue Water Road.

The track "ALTAR" comes out with a music video as well which is so angelic... This song literally brought me to tears, the way she speaks about grief and losing someone close. I lost two people very close to me, so I needed this so bad. She sings what I cannot say. Kehlani wrote on Instagram about the song:

"Understanding grief and death has been a journey. i’ve gained a lot of angels in my life but the last year has showed me that even after people have passed on, if i choose to, i can have an even closer relationship. i thank my angels, my guides, all those who walk with me for allowing me to see them, feel them, hear them in full. i honor you in all i do. this is my offering."
